Which facial should I book?

Not sure where to start? I recommend booking either a "Hydrafacial" or a "Adalia Personalized Facial" both treatments will allow me to fully assess the skin and customize it to your needs.

Facial Appointment Prep

Do I need to stop retinol, exfoliants, or acids before my facial?

Most of the time yes! This will help prevent sensitivity or adverse reactions. If you are not sure if you are using a active ingredient message me!

Can I get a facial if I’m using tretinoin or prescription acne treatments?

In most cases yes! Prescription topicals can increase sensitivity! Please communicate what you are using and how often.

Can I get a facial if I’ve used Accutane (isotretinoin)?

Most times no, but it depends on when the last time you've used it.

Can I get a facial if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Can I wear makeup after my facial?

No, allow the skin to breath for the day. Dirty makeup brushes and sponges can cause adverse reactions. And some makeup may re-clog pores.

Can I work out the same day?

No, sweat and dirt from workouts can cause irritation like redness and adverse reactions.

When can I restart active products (retinol/acids)?

Typically 2–5 days, depending on what treatment or product strength. As well as your skin sensitivity.

How soon will I see results?

You’ll usually notice immediate glow, less congestion and increased hydration post facial. Corrective results take longer and require solid homecare.

When should I book if I have a wedding/event/photos coming up?

Book 7–14 days before your event. That gives your skin time to fully settle and look its best. If you’re acne-prone or trying a new service, earlier is highly recommended. Depending on your skin goals, 6-12 months in advance.

How often should I get facials?

For maintenance and long-term skin health: every 4–6 weeks is best. If we’re correcting something, we may start more frequently and then adjust treatments.

Korean Lash lift FAQ

How long does it last? Results typically last 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.

How is this different from a traditional lash lift? It often uses a "glueless" method, relying on nutrient-rich lifting balms to secure lashes, which is gentler on the eyes. It also focuses on lifting directly from the base.

Will it damage my lashes? No, when done by a trained professional, it is safe. It is designed to be gentler than older techniques, focusing on health and flexibility.

What is the aftercare? Avoid water, steam, sweat, and makeup for 24 hours. Afterwards, brush lashes daily and use a nourishing serum.

Can I wear mascara? Yes, but wait at least 24 hours after the treatment.

What should I avoid? Avoid oil-based cleansers, rubbing your eyes, or sleeping on your face to maintain the lift.

Do I need a patch test?

Not necessarily, I recommend it to those with super sensitive skin, past lash lift allergies, or if you would like to on the safe side.
